Welcome to Eagle Towing and Hauling LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services & Estimates

  • Scope: We provide emergency towing, roadside assistance (jump starts, lockouts), and heavy hauling in Crossville, Crab Orchard, and surrounding Cumberland County areas.

  • Estimates: Any price quoted over the phone or online is a good-faith estimate only. Final charges may vary based on actual mileage, vehicle weight, recovery complexity, and on-scene conditions.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle is in a location that is unsafe for our drivers or equipment to access (e.g., unstable terrain or extreme weather).

2. Payments & Fees

  • Due Date: Payment is due in full at the time service is rendered unless a prior commercial billing agreement is in place.

  • Cancellations: If you cancel a service request after a driver has been dispatched, a cancellation/trip fee will apply.

  • Storage Fees: For vehicles towed to our facility, storage fees accrue daily as permitted by Tennessee Code § 66-19-103.

3. Liability & Property

  • Pre-existing Damage: We are not responsible for mechanical failures or cosmetic damage (dents, scratches) that existed prior to our arrival or occurred due to the vehicle’s compromised state.

  • Personal Property: Customers are responsible for removing all valuables from the vehicle before towing. We are not liable for lost or stolen personal items left inside a vehicle.

  • Authorization: By requesting service, you certify that you are the legal owner of the vehicle or have the owner’s express authorization to initiate the tow.

4. Liens & Abandoned Vehicles

  • Garagekeeper’s Lien: Under Tennessee law, Eagle Towing and Hauling LLC maintains a lien on all vehicles in our possession for unpaid towing and storage fees.

  • Disposal: Vehicles left unclaimed for more than 30 days may be subject to public auction or disposal in accordance with the Tennessee MOTION Act of 2025.

5. Website Use
